2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup rice milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a microwave, melt together cocoa and margarine; set aside to cool. In a medium bowl, blend together powdered sugar, rice milk, and vanilla. Stir in the cocoa mixture. Spread.
