1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vanilla rice milk (or plain plus 1 tsp. vanilla)
2 cups sugar
3 cups oats
1/4 cup cocoa

Bring margarine, rice milk, and sugar to a boil for one full minute. Remove from heat and add oats and cocoa. Stir and drop onto waxed paper. Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

I prefer the kind with peanut butter but when you can't have peanuts, this is definitely a treat.
