4-5 apples, peeled, sliced, and cored
2-4 tbsp. white sugar
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup flour or flour substitute
1/4 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Place apples, tossed with white sugar, in a 9x9 baking dish. In a small bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, clour, and cinnamon. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.

This is a quick and easy dessert to whip together. I made it at MOPS and brought it home to bake!
