2 cups cold water
1 recipe Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Mix all of the cake ingredients until smooth. Bake in a greased and floured 9x13 pan at 350 for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Frost with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting.
