1 1/2 cups bisquick
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice milk
2 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup boiling water

In a medium bowl, mix bisquick and sugar. Stir in rice milk until blended. Pour into 9x9 pan. Top with apples; sprinkle with lemon juice. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon over apples. Pour boiling water over entire pan. Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.

This was pretty good - a little savory for what I like dessert to be. Maybe it is because I have been eating WAY too much sugar lately...
