2 tbsp. margarine
1 onion, chopped
1 small head cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/4 cup water
3 large potatoes, diced
1 dash seasoning salt
1 dash paprika
2 cups cooked ham, cubed

In a large skillet over medium heat, saute onions in the margarine.  When tender, add cabbage and stir.  Pour water over the top, cover, and simmer gently on medium-low for 10 minutes.  Stir in potatoes, seasoning salt, and paprika; cover and simmer for 20 more minutes.  Mix ham in and finish cooking until ham is hot and potatoes are done (5-10 minutes).

I made this for supper last night and thought it was really good. I liked how easy it was!

I had some left over lunch meat ham so I chopped that up and used that. I also added a little extra seasoning, garlic powder. My husband and I both agreed it was like a more hearty dinner-style hash.

    Very tasty!
