2 fillets of white fish
2 tsp. finely chopped ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 green onions, chopped
2 tsp. finely chopped ginger
3 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
2 green onions, chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Place fillets of fish on a flat piece of foil. Fold up the edges to form walls to keep liquid from escaping. Mix together ginger, soy sauce, and teriyaki, sesame oil, and shallots. Pour over fillets of fish. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Great served with steamed bok choy, rice, miso soup, and jasmine green tea.
