Greek Shrimp and Lemon Pasta

8 oz. pasta
1/4 cup olive oil
fresh oregano and thyme (8 sprigs each)
5 cloves garlic, sliced
1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
15 oz. can garbanzo beans
1 large handful baby spinach
salt and pepper to taste
zest and juice from 1 lemon
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.  Meanwhile, heat a large pan over medium-high.  Add olive oil, herbs, and garlic and saute for 15-30 seconds.  Add shrimp; saute another 1-2 minutes or until shrimp just turn pink.  Fold in garbanzo beans and pasta.  Heat through.  Remove from heat, fold in spinach, salt and pepper to taste.  Zest and juice lemon over pasta.
