1 cup brown rice, uncooked
2 cups boiling water
2 cups boiling water
Using a coffee grinder or other processor, grind brown rice until it resembles a coarse powder. Measure out 1/2 cup of the powder. Stir into 2 cups boiling water. Stir constantly for 9-12 minutes. Makes about one ice cube tray. When serving, you may want to mix with breast milk, water, or juice to thin it out.

Many commercial rice cereals are cross-contaminated. This one tastes much better too.
