1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

4 very ripe bananas
1 cup chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tin (makes 12-18 muffins). In one bowl combine dry ingredients (flours, flax seed, baking powder, and salt). In a large mixing bowl, beat together wet ingredients (sugar, applesauce, water, vanilla, and bananas. Slowly mix in dry ingredients until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop into muffin tin. Bake for 35 minutes and cool on a wire rack.
