Easy Chocolate Truffles

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
toppings of choice (sprinkles, cocoa, powdered sugar, coconut, nuts, etc.)

In large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk.  Remove from heat.  Stir in vanilla.  Pour into medium bowl.  Cover and chill 2 hours or until firm.  Shape into 1” balls; roll in desired coating.  Chill 1 hour or until firm.
