Chicken Gravy

2 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. flour or flour substitute
2 cups chicken stock
salt and pepper to taste

Melt margarine in a shallow sauce pan.  Stir in flour and let bubble in pan.  While stirring, add chicken broth and stir.  Simmer until thickened (about 10-20 minutes).

    This is the gravy I will be using at Thanksgiving. I used oat flour which gave it kind of an oatmeal-y taste but other than that, it was good.
