3/4 cup rice milk
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup margarine
Place both ingredients in microwave until margarine is melted. Stir together.

This worked out pretty well to replace the cream. It still looks thin until you cook it and if you cook it too long it will begin to separate and look kind of oily. It tasted good in the recipe I made it in though.
