Cheesy Mashed Potatoes

8-10 large potatoes, peeled, cooked and mashed
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
pepper to taste
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

After mashing potatoes, add cream cheese, sour cream, garlic salt, and pepper.  Beat until fluffy.  Put into greased casserole; top with shredded cheese.  Refrigerate until needed (next day).  Heat through in a microwave, and then put into 350 degree oven until golden.

    These are rich and creamy and delicious. And SO not okay for me to eat this year for Christmas. :-(
