Sausage Gravy

1/2 lb. sausage
3 tbsp. sausage grease
3 tbsp. flour or flour substitute
2 cups rice milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

In a large skillet, cook and crumble sausage.  Remove sausage from pan, reserving 3 tablespoons grease.  Stir in flour until fully combined.  While whisking, pour in rice milk.  Bring to a boil and simmer until gravy is desired thickness.  Season with salt and pepper.  Stir in sausage.
