Vanilla-Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

1/4 cup shortening
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 tbsp. rice milk

Cream together the shortening and margarine.  Add vanilla.  Mix in powdered sugar, half cup at a time (frosting will be very thick).  Add cocoa and blend thoroughly.  Mix in rice milk.  This frosts the top of a 9x13 cake.  Double the recipe for a round cake or to fully frost a 9x13 on five sides.
