4 pears, cored, peeled, and chopped
2 tbsp. water
1/8 to 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp. water
1/8 to 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
In a large skillet, place ripe pears in a little bit of water. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-12 minutes depending on ripeness. Once softened, add desired amount of blueberries (pictured with 1/8 cup). Cook long enough for berries to start bursting and juicing purple. Puree in food processor. Yields about 2 ice cube trays.
