1 1/4 cup oats
1 1/4 cup rice milk
1 egg replacer
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup flour or flour substitute
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 cup rice milk
1 egg replacer
1 tbsp. oil
1 cup flour or flour substitute
1 tsp. baking powder
In a medium bowl, mix oats with rice milk; let stand 5 minutes. Mix in egg replacer and oil. Add flour and baking powder until just blended. Drop large tablespoons onto buttered griddle. Use back of spoon to flatten out. Cook until golden brown (a couple minutes), flip, and cook the other side until golden. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup to serve.

These are in pancake form but don't have the texture of pancakes. It is almost like fried oatmeal. It is super healthy too. Oat flour would be perfect in these. I used enerG for my egg.
