For Bread Maker: Place all ingredients in bread maker and press start. Remove dough. This makes a two pound loaf so at this point you can divide it in half and freeze a pound. Prepare as desired in a recipe OR you can make a pizza by topping as desired and baking at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
For Hand Made: Combine water, oil, and yeast in a large bowl. Stir, then knead, in flour and salt, half a cup at a time. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise until doubled in size. This makes a two pound loaf so at this point you can divide it in half and freeze a pound. Prepare as desired in a recipe OR you can make a pizza by topping as desired and baking at 400 for 15-20 minutes.

I can never eat store bought dough again. this is so good and you can really get creative. my son loves this with rice cheese and he's such a picky eater.

This is so so so yummy. I can't go back to store bought after using this dough for so many things. And if you haven't considered buying a breadmaker, it is worth it even if just for making homemade doughs.
