Salsa Chicken

1 lb. chicken breasts (about 3 small or 2 large)
1 cup salsa
8 oz. olives, chopped

Lightly grease a small baking dish.  If your chicken breasts are over 1" thick, butterlfy them for a faster cooking time.  Lay chicken in baking dish, cover with salsa, and sprinkle with olives.  Bake uncovered at 350 for about 30 minutes or until no longer pink.  Serve with rice or vegetables.

    Super simple and easy to prepare. Most people have these ingredients on hand as well.
