Maple Bread

2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
3/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup rice milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.  In a smaller bowl, mix together margarine, maple syrup, rice milk, and vanilla.  Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients.  Spread in a 9x5 loaf pan.  Bake at 350 for 38-42 minutes.
