1 lb. ground meat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup "soy" sauce
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Combine meat, salt, onion, and garlic. Form into 4 patties. Combine "soy" sauce, ginger, and garlic powder. Pour sauce over patties and marinate for 30 minutes to an hour. Remove burgers from sauce and grill for 5 minutes per side or until done. Serve on buns.
