5 carrots, peeled and julienned
4 celery ribs, julienned
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all the ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to serve.

These are a good way to use up extra celery laying around. Nothing too fancy but still good.
