1/2 medium onion, peeled and finely sliced
1/2 green or yellow bell pepper, sliced in thin ribbons
1/2 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 cup pitted kalamata olives
6 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
