If you want to read a fantastic book that helps you figure out what food issues your child might have, I would highly recommend reading "What's Eating Your Child" by Kelly Dorfman.  I read it cover to cover and learned so much from it.  It has really propelled me into a search for what diet is best for our family.
I followed that book up with "Suicide by Sugar" by Nancy Appleton and am currently reading "Gut and Psychology Syndrome" by Natasha Campbell-McBride.  Next on my list is "Primal Body, Primal Mind" by Nora T. Gedgaudas.
I don't know where all this reading is going to lead me but I think I am ready to go there.
