4 1/2 cups oats
1 cup flour or flour substitute
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup margarine, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease 9x13 pan AND 9x9 pan. In a large mixing bowl combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, margarine, honey, and brown sugar. Stir in cranberries. Lightly press mixture into prepared pans. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool and cut into bars. Can be frozen for later snack.
