1/2 cup rice milk
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
dash cinnamon
6 slices of bread

Mix rice milk, applesauce, oil, and arrowroot together. Dip bread in mixture and coat both sides. Immediately place on a hot skillet and cook on both sides for a few minutes until golden.

This is not my favorite way to make eggless french toast but it has more common pantry ingredients.
