1/4 cup soft tub margarine
1 cup avocado puree (1-2)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup cornstarch or arrowroot
1 cup avocado puree (1-2)
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup cornstarch or arrowroot
In a medium saucepan, melt the margarine over low heat. Stir in the avocado, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Cook, mashing well to smooth out any lumps, until thickened (3-4 minutes). Remove from heat and gradually stir in the cornstarch. Serve warm or cold.
