2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup warm water
corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup warm water
corn starch
Sift together flour and salt in a bowl. Slowly stir in warm water; dough will be very stiff. Knead dough on floured surface till smooth. Cover with towel and let stand for 20 minutes. Roll the dough out as thin as you can. If you have a pasta machine, run through pasta machine until it is at its thinnest setting. If not, just roll and roll and roll! Cut into 3" squares. Rub corn starch between wrappers to store. Makes about 2 dozen.

These wonton wrappers are great because they are egg-free. They are not too difficult to make either.
