Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos

2-3 lbs. chicken pieces (bone-in)
juice from 2 limes
1/2 cup cilantro
2 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 tsp. dried onions
1/2 cup water
Add everything to the crockpot.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked.  Remove bones from chicken and shred.  Serve on soft tortillas (corn or flour) and top with desired toppings (cheese, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, rice, etc).
