Chocolate Rice Crispy Treats

1 1/4 cup sunbutter, peanut butter, or other nut butter
1 cup honey or agave nectar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
6 cups crisp brown rice (or rice krispies)
1/4 to 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Gently melt together your nut butter, honey, cocoa powder, vanila, and salt until just mixed.  Pour into a bowl over rice crispies.  Add chocolate chips if desired.  Use a rubber spatula to combine until well-coated.  Press into a sprayed 9x13 pan as firmly as you can.  Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing.  Keep refrigerated.
