Nut Butter Cups

Nut Butter Layer:
1/2 cup nut butter (sunflower butter / peanut butter / almond butter)
1/2 cup coconut oil
2 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
 
Chocolate Layer:
4 tbsp. coconut oil
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tbsp. maple syrup or honey
Line mini muffin pan with liners.  Melt nut butter, cocont oil, and syrup in a small sauce pan over low heat until combined.  Pour or spoon into mini muffin cups.  Set in freezer while you make the chocolate top.  Melt oil and syrup together; add cocoa powder and mix until smooth.  Remove muffin tin from freezer and pour or spoon the chocolate over the nut butter layer.  Freeze to set.  Store in the refrigerator or freezer.
