Sweet Potato Puree

Sweet Potato Puree
1 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
water

Steam sweet potatoes for 20-30 minutes until nice and soft.  Put in food processor to puree until smooth.  Makes 1 ice cube tray per pound.
