1 cup flour or flour substitute
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup margarine, softened
1 flax “egg”
10 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
2 cups grape nuts

Mix flour, sugar, and baking soda. Add margarine and egg. Blend well. Stir in bacon and grape nuts. Roll in balls and bake at 350 for 12-14 minutes until lightly browned. Makes about two dozen.
