2 cups flour or flour substitute
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 cups rice milk
2 flax "eggs"
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix dry ingredients together; create well in center. Mix wet ingredients together. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Drop batter by spoonfuls into a sprayed skillet. When bubbles form, flip pancakes and cook other side. Makes 16 pancakes.
