2 slices bread
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
margarine
2 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
margarine
Use a 2" cookie cutter to cut a hole out of the center of each slice of bread. Gently spread margarine on each side of all of the bread. Place bread down on a hot skillet. Crack egg into hole on skillet (or scramble ahead of time if desired). Salt and pepper the egg. When egg is done to your liking, flip bread over and toast the other side. You can also fry up the bread centers for a yummy buttery treat.

Super easy breakfast that takes not long to eat. Also fun for little kids.
