4 cups rice chex
3 tbsp. margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar

Measure 4 cups rice chex in large bowl. Melt margarine and chocolate chips in a bowl for about 1 minute, stirring every 20 seconds or so. Stir in vanilla. Pour over chex cereal in bowl and stir gently to coat. Put in 1 gallon ziploc bag with powdered sugar and shake to coat.

This is a really yummy and easy to make treat. I like the kind with peanut butter better...but this is better than nothing.
