Cinnamon Apple Breakfast Squares

2 cups oats
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup rice milk
1/3 cup raisins

In a medium bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and apple.  Add rice milk and vanilla; mix thoroughly.  Stir in raisins.  Pour into sprayed 8x8 pan.  Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

    Even my 2 year old liked these breakfast squares. They were simple to make and were flavorful.
