2 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (chips or bars)
1 cup margarine, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 egg replacer
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (chips or bars)
1 cup margarine, softened
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 egg replacer
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl. In a small bowl, melt chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute. In a large bowl, beat margarine until smooth. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add egg replacer and beat until well blended. Beat in vanilla and melted chocolate. Add the dry mixture, a little at a time, until just blended. Gather dough into two balls, form into disk shape, and wrap in saran wrap. Chill overnight. Remove from refrigerater about 2 hours before ready to make cookies. Working with one dough disk at a time, roll dough out to about 1/4" thickness on a lightly floured surface. Cut into desired shapes with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes. Cool then frost with Vanilla Frosting if desired.

These are yummy and great for a chocolate craving. They roll out very well. I refrigerated overnight and then took a few hours to thaw out enough to roll. I made these with all purpose flour and enerG egg replacer.
