1 1/2 lbs. brussel sprouts
3 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Cut off the brown ends of the brussel sprouts and slice in half lengthwise. Mix them in a medium bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour them on a baking pan and roast at 400 for 35-40 minutes. Shake pan from time to time to brown sprouts evenly. Sprinkle with more salt and serve.
