1 lb. pizza dough (homemade or store bought)
1 cup hummus (homemade or store bought)
1 head cauliflower, cut into pieces
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. garam masala or other Indian spice

Place cauliflower on baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garam masala. Roast in oven at 400 for 30-40 minutes. Meanwhile, roll out pizza dough. Spread with hummus. Top with cauliflower pieces and salt to taste. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
