Combine oats, sweet potato, and water in a microwave safe bowl. Cook for 2 minutes for quick oats or 4 minutes for old-fashioned. Add brown sugar and rice milk to top.

I made this with quick oats. It tastes better than the picture makes it look. This would actually be a great food for a toddler or older baby.
