1 head broccoli
1 yam
1 yam
Cut yams into small chunks. Cut broccoli florets from stems and discard stems. In a steamer, steam yams for 15 minutes or until nice and soft. Add broccoli florets and steam another 5 minutes. Puree.

This is a good way to "hide" your broccoli. Too much broccoli can make a baby gassy so I puree it with some yams to help lessen the taste and the potency.
