1 1/2 cups sugar
1 envelope gelatin
3 3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup rice milk
1 tsp. orange zest
1 envelope gelatin
3 3/4 cup orange juice
1 cup rice milk
1 tsp. orange zest
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and gelatin. Stir in 2 cups orange juice. Cook and stir until sugar and gelatin are dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining 1 3/4 cup orange juice, rice milk, and orange zest. Refrigerate for 3 hours (or up to 24). Transfer mixture to icecream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions (mine took about 25-30 minutes).

This was super yummy. My husband is eating it all up! Use a good quality orange juice (preferably not from concentrate) such as Simply Orange.
