Chow Mein Burgers

1 lb. ground meat
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 can (15 oz.) chop suey vegetables
1/3 cup "soy" sauce
2 tbsp. arrowroot or cornstarch
1 cup chow mein noodles

Combine meat and onions in a large skillet and brown and crumble until no longer pink.  Add vegetables, "soy" sauce, and cornstarch.  Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.  Spoon onto buns and top with chow mein noodles.
