1 cup virgin coconut oil
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
1 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup agave nectar or honey
Lightly grease 8x8" baking dish with coconut oil. In a small saucepan, gently (over low heat) melt coconut oil to liquid state. Remove from heat. Sift in cocoa and stir until smooth. Stir in the agave nectar and mix until smooth. Spread mixture into prepared dish and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into squares.

This fudge is pretty good. It definitely has a coconut taste and it melts quickly out of the fridge. It reminds me of a ganache.
