Blueberry Swiss Chard

2 slices bacon, julienned
1 bunch swiss chard, julienned
1 shallot, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 tbsp. margarine
1 tbsp. honey
salt and pepper to taste

Brown bacon in pan.  Add shallot and margarine and saute for 20 seconds.  Add chard.  When the chard is slightly wilted, add blueberries and saute until the fruit just starts to split.  Add honey, plus salt and pepper to taste.

    This has a unique taste that I thought was good. It is definitely a green veggie.
