Your highly intolerant baby will do best on homemade non-contaminated baby food.  Check out how to make some common baby food purees.

1 large rutabega

Peel rutabega.  Cut into 1" chunks.  Steam for 30-45 minutes or until fork tender.  Puree in food processor.
1 lb. beets

Peel then thinly slice beets.  Steam for 20-30 minutes.  Puree.
1/4 lb. ground turkey
9 oz. bag prunes
water
1 cup brown rice, uncooked
2 cups boiling water
1 lb. white potatoes
water
1 lb. pears, peeled, cored, and diced
water
1 lb. parsnip, peeled and sliced
water
