This chart is a list of many foods by food group from most allergenic to least allergenic.  This is great as a starting ground for a nursing mom to determine which foods to eliminate from her diet as well as deciding what order to introduce baby foods.  Remember that the top eight allergens are milk, soy, wheat, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, and shellfish.
