Banana Bread II
1/2 cup margarine
1 1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe banana
3 tbsp. water
2 3/4 cup flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup buttermilk substitute
In a large bowl, use a mixer to combine margarine, sugar, bananas, and water.  In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking powder.  Alternate adding the flour mixture with the buttermilk substitute, starting and ending with the flour mixture.  Pour into 2 sprayed 8" loaf pans and bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
